L. Mzamo & Associates is a black owned SMME entity that identified the need to assist various Clients in advising and assisting in implementation of tailor-made Occupational Health and Safety Management systems in the workplace.

We are committed to offer a value adding consultancy service to mitigate the risk exposure to respective clients thus eliminating the negative impact on the client having to face reputational risks, cause project derailment and ultimately could results into legal prosecution. Infrastructure Development around the country is often faced with project delays due to non-compliance of occupational H&S Requirements.

We boast of our 16 years of industry experience fulfilling various Health and Safety roles. Our industry experience has reference to operating in various capacities such as working for Department of Labour, Clients, Implementing Agents, OHS consultants, Principal Contractors and Contractors. Our approach is dynamic and would create a sense of comfort amongst businesses that their legal obligation as stipulated in the OHS Act and other applicable Regulations are assessed, addressed and managed.
